The total dollar amount of your order will be charged at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order is shipped. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Shipping Info.
STUDIO DENO ships jewelry items once a week. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an E-mail confirmation with a tracking number. This enabled you to track your package every step of the way until it arrives at your location.
Your credit card will not be charged until you order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give an order confirmation number. We will send you an E-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped. And we've charged your credit card.
We ship mostly all over the world from U.S. to Canada to Europe to Asia. However, for security reasons, we do not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes and duties. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of goods.

How are the Shipping Costs determined?
Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please refer to the chart above (charges are per shipping address).
Do I pay sales taxes on my purchases?
California residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order. If STUDIO DENO is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY:
If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order. We will inform you via e-mail of shipping schedule. If this is not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
We use UPS' Quantum View Notify. When we ship your order, you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number. Use this number as a reference to track your order at

Return Policy
We guarantee everything you buy from STUDIO DENO to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchased from us, please return merchandize unaltered, unworn, and in its original condition within 15 days of delivery. We will exchange it, replace or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Please note that custom made pieces are final sales only
We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item we sent was defective/damages. If you are making an exchange because you want a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. International customers, please use the most economical shipping method. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original purchase amount.

How do I report damaged shipments?
Please call us immediately at 877-247-1467 and we will process a claim and/or replacement. UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. STUDIO DENO MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.

Certificate of Authenticity
All STUDIO DENO jewelry is engraved with a recorded individual number that identifies the item in question. No two items bear the same serial number. In order to receive your certificate of authenticity, buyers will be required to fill out a simple certificate application to record and register the piece. Upon such notification and registration,
the certificate will be mailed to the customer for safe keeping.
NOTE: Your certificate of authenticity is unable to be duplicated due to its security
features including, but not limited to, registered serial number, code safetm thread,
tamper safetm hologram, and nanocopytm background.
